What we know about you
GMI Group is a fast-expanding international manufacturer that produces for the upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas Industry. GMI Group offers Fittings (duplex, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys), Flanges (stainless steel and high nickel alloys), Speciality products, Forged Bar, and Seamless Pipe.
GMI Group wants to create a cohesive and consistent message as it continues to expand with mergers and acquisitions.
Main Objective: Brand Integration & Automated Sales-Based Marketing
Target Market: International Distribution Supply Stores
Sales Agenda: Target supply stores that (1) have yet to stock GMI Group and (2) extended chains of existing Supply Store Customers that are currently not stocking in all locations (For example: a supplier has 22 locations, and only 12 are buying from GMI Group)

Branding is storytelling. The idea is to refine the offer message of the group so that joining the club becomes a no-brainer for our target demographic. This is how we differentiate GMI Group from all competitors like Galperti and DL Flange. Think of your brand as a country with its own language, customs, and rituals. Personality-driven brands increase sales for B2B companies because, ultimately, the decision-maker is still a person who needs to resonate with your brand before doing business with your company.
Web Refresh + Management
When you don’t need a whole new website, you just need optimization and regular monthly maintenance to make sure it stays optimized. With regular monthly management, we can constantly aim to beat our competition on search engine rankings.
Social Media Management - Linkedin
To keep the current customer base AND future clients informed and interested, we will focus on educational content including use cases for high-yield, high-pressure applications, like tank batteries and wellheads. Social media content will support the efforts of the Sales Team.
Email Marketing - Newsletter
Each month we’ll create a fresh offer or story to captivate our audience and avoid being a run-of-the-bill boring newsletter that most companies put out and nobody wants to read. Highlight SERVICE as GMI Group’s main differentiator in the market. - We quote most projects within a couple of hours or the same day. We promise the client the best response time on process-material test reports and ease of receiving necessary paperwork.

Timeline Proposal
JUNE
The Branding Questionnaire will be completed. Complimentary Creative Strategy Session in Humble to plan marketing, sales, and advertising goals and metrics. There will be ongoing communication with the client for approval (3 rounds of revisions) while we build the brand and graphic design deliverables.
*A branding manual sample (made for another client) can be provided upon request.
JULY
We will create all branding pieces and deliver them in a downloadable folder. With the new brand elements and persuasive copywriting complete, we will implement it into a storytelling-focused website and update any existing platforms with the new brand messaging, imagery, and photography (like LinkedIn and Google). After client approval and max 3 rounds of revision, the website is delivered live.
AUG 2024 - JUN 2025
Ongoing LinkedIn postings, which will all be coordinated with the Sales Team Agenda. Ongoing backend web maintenance and change updates requested by the home office. As needed/ requested the marketing team can assist with marketing material for events and a branded video production to showcase the reach of GMI Group.
